There was this time at a park in Santa Monica called Hotchkiss Park, here there is a fascinating magnetic pull felt by the truly spiritual, its counter place in San Francisco is Grandview Park, which is aptly named. Although Hotchkiss isn’t very scenic and doesn’t seem very significant, if you are tuned into the vibe you can definitely sense something is there. As far as Grandview Park it is much easier to sense this presence. Then there were certain places that became truly epic battles when writing the book. For example, Wonderland Lake Park in Boulder Colorado. Here is a place eye thought none but the most learned could have known about. When eye went there circa 2014 it was a total mess. There were countless syndicates ready to go to war over this little-known park. How had word leaked that it was a spiritually significant location? What about North Mountain Park in Phoenix AZ, or Madrona Park in Seattle WA? These places have always been of spiritual significance to certain people, but now they were the center of an epic battle without cause for those that were uninitiated, yet they were, and are willing to fight to the death for these places, why? Look at Mariposa Basin Park, noting too much to look at, and again spiritually significant and again another battle ensues! The prime culprit are of course spiritualists who are also real estate agents. They have the expertise, the resources and a ready made client list to take advantage of the scenario unfolding. Why wouldn’t they? The problem becomes when there is too much fighting with too little potential for payout. You have people fighting for crumbs. There are some places that have huge financial potential for example, Bonneville Shoreline Preserve. This place has the potential limitation of fresh water, but other than that, huge potential! Also Dundee Park in MO, a very non-descript place with great potential. Much like Boom Island MN, again a place not frequently visited which makes it a great future location. Then there is Cooks Butte City Park which will be a tight battle because the real estate nearby is already in quite high demand.
